FE (Careers, Employability and HE) Manager

We require an enthusiastic and committed person to work within a dynamic Student Achievement team.  A commitment to supporting young people is essential together with knowledge of post 16 opportunities and the Gatsby benchmarks.  The role will also be responsible for supporting students with wider experiences, including delivering the career ready programme.

The role will offer a varied workload involving one to one interviews and group work as well as supporting administrative duties.  The successful candidate will be supporting students at all levels of academic ability.

Strong literacy skills together with knowledge of IT office applications are required for this role.  Educated to graduate level (or equivalent) is essential, together with excellent organisational skills to balance general guidance activities and liaison work within a diverse, widening participation Sixth Form.
