Talk and Tour at Yorkshire Bank and Virgin Money

Jarrad Kitson – Yorkshire Bank Branch Manager and one of his customer service advisors showed learners on the Diploma in Financial Studies course around the front and back offices of both Yorkshire and Virgin Money. This highlighted the stark difference in contrast from the traditional and electronic banking services offered at Yorkshire Bank to the lounge and coffee shop style offered at Virgin Money. Learners were also agasped to see the 2 lane bowling alley and games such as pool and table football in the base of Virgin Money available to all Virgin Money customers
