Have Your Say: Sheffield Health & Care Partnership Survey
Do you live near our Sixth Form? This is your chance to make a difference!
Sheffield Health & Care Partnership is conducting an online survey to gather local opinions on healthcare services in our community. This is a valuable opportunity for you to share your thoughts and contribute to shaping the future of health and care in Sheffield.
To participate and make your voice heard, please read the information below.
Sheffield Health and Care Partnership (HCP) is exploring what makes happy and healthy communities tick in the north east of Sheffield. They already know there's a lot of awesome work going on in your neighbourhood, so want to hear from you about the strengths and opportunities you see around you. They're also interested in what changes you want to see, and they're here to support you and your community in making those happen.
The HCP will be collaborating with four neighbourhoods in the north east to help everyone live happier and healthier lives. They'll be backing each neighbourhood to create its own community plan about what matters to them – and they'll help foot the bill. This plan will be created by you. Before they can do this, they need your views. Unlike other surveys, where people speak up and nothing changes, this time the plans will be created by the residents themselves, not the HCP.
The four areas they're focusing on are Burngreave and Grimesthorpe (which includes Pitsmoor), Firth Park, Fir Vale and Crabtree (which includes Page Hall), and Longley.
Their goal is to see these areas thrive and the work done in these neighbourhoods will encourage residents to connect and get involved for the greater good. The HCP believes that when people are connected to each other, feel a sense of belonging, and work together for change, they are healthier and happier.
Local residents can have their say in several ways, whether it's through an online survey, attending public meetings, or chatting with one of four local community partners in person. If you prefer, you can share your thoughts with your local community partner directly.
You can have your say by filling in the online survey here:
