You will explore the amazing human body, examine our environment including plants and pollution and discover the world of micro-organisms. GCSE Biology combines hands-on practical sessions with theory; it is the study of life itself and will allow you pursue a range of opportunities within science and beyond.

What can I do next?
GCSE Biology is usually studied alongside other courses to make up a full study programme and provide the foundations for progression into careers such as paediatric nursing, primary education, nursing and midwifery. However the options are endless when coupled with our main programmes.
