Details

In this course you will extend your knowledge of topics such as probability, measures of location and spread and correlation. You will also study new topics including a selection of discrete and continuous distributions, hypothesis and significance testing. This A level will help you understand the application of techniques within the framework of the statistical enquiry cycle and the research methodologies used in experiments and surveys.

Statistics is widely used in various aspects of real life to analyse and effectively present results for businesses. It is crucial to how we make discoveries in science and make predictions. Statistics provides insights into different situations and help people to make informed decisions. A good understanding of statistics will make you highly employable.
